Three one-bedroom and one studio apartment are in the ground floor of the villa.
The apartments can accommodate 2 adult persons and their maximum capacity is 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children up to 12 years of age.
The third person or the two children sleep on couches in the living room.
All apartments have separate entrances and also own terraces with furniture, a bedroom with a double-bed, a kitchen with dining area and living room in one large room, as well as bathrooms with showers.
SAT TV, air-conditioning, WLAN Internet and safe are standard equipment of all apartments and are not charged extra. We also don't charge the tourist tax extra.
Guests can use the washing machine for laundry that is located in a common space in the ground room, under extra charges.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (except on the terrace) and pets are also not allowed.
For reservations, 30% of the overall costs of accommodation must be affected in advance onto our bank account, the remaining amount is paid immediately upon arrival.

How to find us:
From the ferry port Supetar (via Split), you must drive some 40 km along the island to Selca, where you take the road to Povlja.
From ferry port Sumartin (via Makarska) you have to drive some 10 km along the island towards Selca.
From the airport Bol it is some 23 km across the island in direction Selca.
When you drive towards Povlja, take the first entrance road into the town and after 300 meters you should be passing by the church.
Continue straight forward for some 600 meters up to a sharp U-bend (don't drive into the bend), where you continue driving straight on to the top of the uphill section.
Now you drive towards the sea and after some 150 meters, after a mild bend you will get into the settlement of weekend homes „Punta“.
Immediately before the first house along the road, turn right into the first access street.
After some 20 meters of slight uphill drive, turn left into the first access street.
The first house after 30 meters on the right hand side is your destination.
