The Apartment is situated very close to the tube statiom called West Finchley, just 3-4 minutes walk only and the train only takes 15-20 minutes into central London and the service runs very regularly every few minutes.

The Penthouse Studio is a luxury modern apartment with very good size main living area, modern kitchen with small table and chairs, separated bed area and excellent luxury marble bathroom.

At the bottom of the 'L' is the lounge and next to this area in the corner is the bed area.

In the corner of the 'L' shaped studio is a double bed area which sleeps 2.
A very beautiful bathroom with very large bath, good shower, large basin and toilet, marble floor and beautiful tiling.

Cleaning charge: Please note that the cleaning charge also includes the extra person charge, as 2 people are included in the basic price. The cleaning charge includes all towels, linen, and provision of extra beds as necessary. This charge is paid on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay in London. The apartment is well located, near the tube and in a nice neighbourhood. The owner is a pleasant person. It may be a little small when the two double beds are open...but you rapidly forget this little inconvenience to enjoy the city! I recommend the place. Anne from France

apartment OK but have stayed in similar that have been much cheaper as cleaning charge ( please pay in cash and leave in envelope on table ) is very excessive and can only be viewed as an added hike on price.
This family of 6 stayed with me for 2 nights. The cleaning charge included a full clean of the apartment to a very high standard, the provision of towels and linen for 6 persons and an allowance for 6 people staying instead of 2 which is the base price. The cleaning charge is a one off charge regardless of how long the family stays. The cleaning charge is clearly set out in the property information on the website. I am completely open about the prices and charges. If 6 people stay then the additional cost for 6 staying compared to 2 people is in the cleaning charge. This is a fixed cost so is less significant for longer stays. The base price is for 2 people staying and the charge is £35. It is £10 for additional persons. In terms of general prices. I have been told on many occasions that my accommodation is very reasonably priced compared to similar quality accommodation. I try and provide excellent quality with reasonable prices. I must say that I'm dissapointed with this comment from this family. Maybe I have not made my charges completely transparent and I will include more explanation in the property description. However, although negative I will take this comment on board to make it clearer to my guests about the charges.
Gastgeber-Antwort yes, the location is great. It has a folding sofa bed and the 5th bed is folding too so this gives more space for families.
