The enchanting apartment, recently remodeled, it's the best and safe accomodation in the historical part of Neaples, just few steps from Spaccanapoli, S.Chiara's Church Square Municipio and from Square Plebiscito but also from the others most important monuments of the city.
The apartment has all the comfort and it's a perfect location for getting to all of the most interesting areas of the city on foot, and is also near all forms of public transportation (the stops of the bus from/to train station and airport are at 50-100 mt.).
It's also the most comfortable point of departure to reach easily for daily trip the wonderful Pompei, Vesuvio, Ercolano, Sorrento, Amalfi coast and Positano in fact in 5 minuts walking is possible to reach the bus station or the port with the hydrofoils and the ferrys for Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sicily and Sardegna.
The flat is a welcoming, colored and spacious apartment, very bright and comfortable that will welcome you in the best and wormly way.

50 meters from the apartment, there are many guarded private garages, parking of the taxi and stopped of all of the means publics ((bus,tram,metro,funicolare-cable,cumana,circumvesuviana).

Excellente situation pour visiter la vieille ville et les iles (côté pratique, il y a aussi un supermarché juste en face). L'appartement est décoré avec goût. L'accueil par le propriétaire est parfait et très chaleureux. Il y a tout l'équipement voulu (draps, serviettes de toilette). Par contre les chambres donnent sur la rue qui est assez bruyante jour et nuit, même avec les fenêtres fermées. La cuisine est plutôt rudimentaire mais tout à fait suffisante pour le petit déjeuner ou manger sur le pouce.
Excellent accueil. Appartement parfaitement situé et très fonctionnel. Attention toutefois au chauffage un peu juste si vous passez du temps dans l'appartement en hiver (fonctionne seulement le soir et un peu le matin). Cela ne nous a pas gêné car le but du séjour n'est pas de passer notre journée à l'inrérieur !
Appartement très correct et confortable pour 2 couples, il est parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Naples et ses environs. La vieille ville et le centre peuvent se faire à pied ainsi que le port pour les visites par bateau. Les nombreux bus permettent l'accès aux autres quartiers et à la gare pour le Vésuve, Pompéi, Herculanum, etc.. Giancarlo nous a réservé un bon accueil et nous a même conduit au parking "BRIN" le moins cher pour ce secteur (environ 7 euros par nuit) où nous avons laissé notre voiture pour tout le séjour.
Ideal pour visiter Naples et la région au printemps ou à l'automne car il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres ce qui,en été,oblige à ouvrir les fenêtres donnant sur la rue. A mon avis il serait bien pour 4 personnes maximum, 6 me semble beaucoup. la résidence est bien sécurisée et gardée la journée. Le parking intérieur de la résidence n'est pas utilisable mais nous avons pu nous garer sans problème juste sous nos fenêtres en aout. mr Nicolas qui nous a reçus est très sympathique et parle le français ce qui fait que l'on peut l'appeler en cas de problème.
