GREAT LOCATION
Residential yet central, the property is next to the Neoclassical University Palace in the heart of the embassies district. A pleasant walk along the riverside will take you to the Cathedral within 15 minutes.
Easy access to French and German mortorways opens up Alsace and the Black Forest for a great touring experience with nature reserves, mountains, forest and castles as well as the Alsace and German vineyards with their charming villages and enticing wine tastings.
EASY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Bus N°10 is a mere block away and tram stops only a 4-minute walk. You can reach the historic city centre (Cathedral, Petite France, Museums) in just 8 minutes by public transport. Bus or tram will also get you right into the SNCF Strasbourg Main Railway Station within 10 minutes.
BEAUTIFUL PARKS
The apartment is right next to the Botanical Gardens and the University Palace Gardens. It is also just 100 metres from the river with its greenery and quayside promenade to take you along to the Cathedral.
Walking the other way along the water you reach the Orangerie Gardens and European Institutions in under ten minutes.
THE ROOMS
The main living room has double exposure and is wonderfully sunny and large (40 m2 / 430 sq ft); the lounge area has two large comfortable armchairs and a sofa-bed (sleeps 2).
The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom (and a separate WC). Part of bathroom is fitted with large dressing room wardrobes.
The second double bedroom has a full bathroom (and a separate WC) accessible from the front hall. Both bathrooms have baths with showers.
A third small room serves as a reading den/study but holds a single bed and can be used as a single bedroom. Depending on requirements, for longer stays, the bed can be removed to leave more space as an office if required.
The separate kitchen has a built-in table with four stools on rollers.
SERVICES & FACILITIES INCLUDED
The apartment also offers a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for every stay and cleaning is included (provided weekly for long stays).
Broadband Internet access is offered FREE of charge (both WiFi and Ethernet). This includes FREE telephone calls to 100+ countries.
There is also a television with multiple channels and DVD player.
Underground parking is available. A deposit for the remote control device which opens the gates to the garage is required.

Appartement très sympa proche du centre ville (env. 10 min de la cathédrale à pied) et proche d'un arrêt de tram bien desservi. Séjour très agréable. A noter également la disponibilité des propriétaires qui ont toujours répondu directement à nos mails et qui étaient extrêmement sympathiques. Bref, rien à redire!
schön groß, aber leider ungepflegt und nicht sauber. Schmutziges Geschirr in Schränken und Spülmaschine, überall angefangene Kosmetik und Pflegeprodukte, verfleckte Decken und Teppich, nicht sauber geputzte Armaturen und Bäder. Sehr zentral, muffeliges Haus, die Tiefgarage würde ich niemals als Frau alleine betreten. Fazit. für den Preis gibt es Netteres!
