HOUSE PLAN
The name of this flat is Ruby. It consists of two bedrooms (one is very large), a small dressing room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a nice small garden. Flat is built on a total area of 115 square meters (1238 square feet). The large bedroom, dress room and garden are at the downstairs and the other rooms are at the upstairs in this reverse duplex flat. There are 2 single beds and 2 queen beds (one of them can be turned into a sofa) The room can be divided into two parts by a curtain between queen bed and single beds. There is also a queen bed in other bedroom which is in upstairs. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. This number can be extended to 10 people by portable real beds.
KITCHEN & BATHROOM
In the kitchen you can find more than enough plates, forks, spoons, knives, pots and cooking equipment and stove, oven, aspirator, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, dryer, kettle, various spices, special Turkish olive oil and vinegar, some snack food that you can eat and drink as cold/hot when you enter the flat.
There is 24/7 hot water. You can find soap, liquid soap, dish washing liquid, dishwasher and washing machine detergents, large and high quality towels for body, face and feet, hairdryer, toilet paper, dish towel and some other necessary stuff in the flat.
LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOMS
Linens and bed sheets are sewed by tailor from special cloth. Table clocks and handmade table lamps with Turkish pattern in the bedrooms. There is also Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, large screen television with the digital satellite connection and 5+1 surround system that you can connect your computers, phones or other devices and various items such as slippers, umbrellas, sewing kit, table games, maps, travel guides, various magazines and books in different languages, notepad, pen, nightlight and so much more that are prepared for you to feel at home.

Ruby is located at a very silent building with 10 residents in one of the safest and tranquillest streets (Cİhangir – Pürtelaş) of Taksim that is one of the most important touristic, entertainment and nightlife centers of Istanbul. Stay in Ruby and you are just a few minutes away from hundreds of restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars, shops, bookstores, antique shops, and art galleries in Taksim. The Ruby looks exactly the same as shown at the photos. When you make your reservation, I will send an e-mail about details of vehicles you can use to reach flat, clear address description and some other details. When you check in, I will inform you about how to utilize the flat, details of the district, and recommend you certain local places (I am sure you will like them) among which there are places even not known by native Turks and offer detailed information about touristic places. If you wish, we can take a tour around neighborhood. All of these features and services mentioned above are included in the flat’s price and there are not any hidden charges. In addition, I can arrange your transfers from the airport by shuttle which can transfer up to 17 people at reasonable prices.

Immediately after our booking was confirmed Mr. Soraj provided us with very useful and accurate information about the apartment and Istanbul. On arrival Mr. Apo was waiting for us in the apartment which was well prepared and very clean. Apo also took us around Taksim Square and Istiklal Street and gave us all necessary information to move around Istanbul smoothly. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location of this apartment is excellent for going to all the nice places in Istanbul by tram. The nearest station is less than 5 minutes away. Thanks a lot to Apo and Soraj!
We stayed at this property in Feb 2013. A large group of 10 of us travelled. The property itself was well located and within close reach of shops, tram stations and a short walk (5 mins) to Taksim Square. This was a clean apartment and even though such a large group stayed, the space was not an issue. The only downside was that there is only 1 toilet/shower. The beds were clean and the apartment itself was spotless. This was my second trip to Istanbul and certainly not my last and I will most definitely be staying at this apartment again. We also used the airport transfer and whilst this may cost more than the average price, the service was outstanding-a people carrier picked us up and dropped us off and the guide was English speaking and very professional! Overall I would most defiantly recommend this place to stay!!
We spend 5 nights in this property during the last days of October 2012 (4 people). The apartment was perfect for what we needed, very clean and spacious, at 5 min distance from Taksim Square and the night life of Istanbul. Very safe neighborhood. Very safe building. And an extremely nice and helpful apartment owner, Soraj. He was great in helping us accommodate with the surroundings, introduced us to Istanbul, spent time to make us aware of the possible problems in the big city of diversity Istanbul is. I very much recommend him and his property.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Wohnungsbesitzer Soraj im Vorfeld war hervorragend, zuverlässig, informativ, sehr freundlich und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut den Erwartungen, jegliche Abwicklung am ersten und letzten Tag hat Bestens geklappt. Alles war sauber und die Wohnatmosphäre sehr angenehm. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und würden sowohl Housetrip als auch dieses Apartment jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank und Beste Grüße Dunja
tout s'est très bien passé pour un séjour trop court pour une si belle ville. j'y retournerai avec plaisir. l'appartement était très propre,bien agencé,avec toutes les commodités et très coquet. Enfin notre hôte nous a très bien reçus.
