Bristol Luxury Garden apartment in a listed House

This is a sunny, light high ceilinged apartment on the garden level of this impressive Grade 2 listed 200 year old Georgian house set on a hill in Montpelier, Bristol. The owner lives on the top 2 levels of the property. The apartment has it's own side door at the bottom of the side steps with access to a south facing terrace overlooking the garden. The terrace is for sole use of the apartment and access to the garden is allowed if there are children staying(there is a 2 metre drop down to the vegetable patch at the end of the garden so young ones will need to be supervised for safety)
This is ideal for 2 people but if there are more than 2 persons, there is a small double sofa bed in the living room, a fold out bed and a large travel cot available for £15 per person per night. Everything has been newly refurbished personally by the owner (and there is a lot of white!) so respect would be very much appreciated about the decor.
Montpelier is a very tranquil, peaceful but atmospheric area. It is steeped with history including Cary Grant being one of it's past residents and presently home to members of the group Massive attack. The area is known for it's friendliness and as a very arty,quite green, bohemian area full of musicians, artists, actors, students and rainbow of backgrounds.
There are great places to eat within a 5 minute walk: famous to Bristolians is up market Bells Diner, then there is The Thali Cafe with live music on Sundays, Indian and kebab takeaways and a late opening convenience store just a couple of minutes walk away from the apartment. There is a local bakers "Herberts' which bakes for many restaurants in Bristol and there are an abundance of eating places and trendy bars to choose from either nearby (10 min walk) on Stokes Croft, Cheltenham Road or Gloucester Road ( 15 min walk, which also has plenty of well known live jazz venues) ,
St. Andrews and Montpelier Park are both close by and also there is a very enjoyable free city farm only a short walk through the allotments (with a great pub next door with garden aptly named The Farm!) There is also an impressive climbing centre in a converted church.
Other than the huge shopping complex of Cabots Circus only 15 minute walk away including House of Frazer, Apple and all the other famous stores, you also have all the fun and quirky independant stores of Gloucester Road which are also only a 15minute walk away. Montpelier train station can either take you a 10/15 minute journey to Temple Meads station, which then you can either take a 12 minute train journey to central Bath Or straight to Cardiff if you fancy. If travelling by car, the apartment is 5 minutes from junction 3 of the M32 or a 30minute drive to Bath or an hour to Cardiff. The apartment's street name means a 2 wheeled cart so it is very narrow, so even though there is parking it is wise to park on the next street up and walk 100 meters if you are wary of parking so close to a wall!
Bristol airport is 10 miles (16km) away which takes 30 minutes by car or there is a bus to the nearby bus and coach station. .
From Montpelier train station you can go 10 minutes straight to Clifton, or even further to Servern Beach to see the Welsh bridges over the river Severn.
Bristol has so many things to offer: Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Water Front, art galleries including The Arnolfini, museums including the At Bristol (science museum) Sea Aquarium, boat water rides, SS Great Britain, abundance of music venues, beautiful parks and The Downs, Hot air ballooning, kite flying, Bristol Old Vic and The Tobacco Factory, art house cinemas or just sitting down and people watching.
Wales, The Cotswolds, The Wye Valley, north Devon beaches, The Forest of Dean and Oxford are all about an hours drive so plenty of things to do, see and walk.
