Our apartment is a beautiful walk-up in the best area of NYC – On 29th street, which is In the middle of the Chelsea. We are certain that our clean, comfortable and sun filled, apartment will greatly enhance your Manhattan experience.
Minutes away from the Gallery District, Times Square/Theater District, Empire State Building, the fabulous Highline Park, and the newly renovated West Side waterfront. If you enjoy stand-up comedy and Improv, you will be minutes away from some of the best comedy clubs in the country, including the World renowned Upright Citizen's Brigade located right across the street!
Close to the apartment are 6 subways stations A,C,E,1,2,3 - 28th street and 7th avenue servicing the 1 train; Guest can seamlessly travel anywhere in NYC, including airports. You can also get the B,D,F,M,R,Q and N trains in Herald Square in 10 minutes walk.
Although located in the heart of Chelsea, the apartment is on a quiet side street, allowing much needed serenity after long days and nights in the city.

- Fully equipped kitchen i.e. pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils etc.
- Small but cute bathroom and shower with reliable hot water and great water pressure
- Hairdryer
Transportation:
- As mentioned, our apartment is a very short walk to two subway stations (3 mins), servicing A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 trains. These trains are very useful for direct transit to downtown (World Trade Center, Wall Street, Statue of Liberty, Battery Park etc.) as well as Times Square (for connection to all of New York)
- There are in Herald Square B, D, F, M, R, Q and trains 10 minutes away from my apartment.
- Many local cross town buses (we will provide a guide)
PREFERRED GUESTS
- Non-smoker (well not in the apartment anyway!)
- Clean, responsible and courteous
- Not looking to party in the apartment – why would you anyway with so many awesome bars close by!

- Rates on Calender valid for up to 2 people
- $20 for each additional person, maximum 4

Pour le prix payé (1500 € la semaine), nous avons trouvé que l'appartement n'était pas de qualité attendue. Il y avait une odeur de tabac froid dans tout l'appartement provenant des ventilations de la salle de bain. Cette dernière n'était pas propre (plafonds avec des coulures jaunâtres, joints de robinets moisis ...) L'équipement n'est pas suffisant : il n'y a que trois verres, peu d’assiettes, une casserole, et une poêle. L'immeuble n'est pas entretenu : peintures qui s'écaillent, saleté, et mauvaises odeurs. L'annonce indique une surface de 54m², il y en a peine 25. Le quartier est calme, et l'appartement est proche des grands points d'intérêts. Supermarché au bout de la rue.
Gastgeber-Antwort Julien, cela aurai été avec grand plaisir de répondre à vos attentes, mais je n'ai reçu aucune demande de votre part. Je suis toujours disponible pour répondre à vos besoins. Je vais dans les plus bref délai, rajouté de la vaisselles afin de ne plus rencontrer ce malentendu. Je pensais vraiment que c’était assez pour 2 personnes. Je suis très étonné de l'odeur de Tabac froid, je n’avais jamais entendu cela. Après votre départ, je n'ai pas le souvenir d'avoir senti d'odeur de tabac froid. Pour le reste , je suis désolé de ne pas avoir pu répondre à vos attentes. Mes clients sont pour le plus souvent heureux de leur séjour et me recommande à leur amis. Merci pour le feedback!
