“Palau Green Village” is a delightful complex of apartments built with care and attention to detail and using local Sardinian stone. The apartments are surrounded by well attended gardens, with mediterranean shrubs, aromatic plants and large wind weathered granite rocks typical of the area of Gallura. Small pathways lead through the vegetation connecting the apartments and the swimming-pool. The complex is in an excellent location, just 500 mt from Palau town centre and its shops, port and other services. Just 20 minutes ferry boat trip across to the Island of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the fashionable “Costa Smeralda”. The nearest beach is a short walk away (150 meters) and there are fabulous views over to the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is surrounded by a shady pine woods, the ideal place for picnics and long walks.
APARTAMENTS: carefully furnished, the apartments can be situated either at the ground floor level with a patio furnished with table and chairs or at the first floor level with veranda (table and chairs). Each apartment is equipped with, kitchen utensils, TV, microwave oven, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
MONO 2 (30 sqm. sleeps up to 2): Living-room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Baby cot available on request (with supplement).
FACILITIES: Reception, Relaxing and sunbathing area, well equipped swimming-pool children’s corner with play station, coin – op laundrette.
