Modern Thai Style Holiday House at Sea

Cha-Am and Hua Hin are located on the sunrise side of the Gulf of Thailand. Cha Am, the smaller and more original Thai and quieter place, is distant about 2 ½ hours (180 km) southwest of Bangkok. It is here where our new Residential Development "Baanusabai" is accommodated. Baanusabai stands for "Living with Nature".

Cha Am offers a tremendously relaxing seaside, ideal for family holidays. But there is more Cha Am has on offer for those who want to get to know more about Thailand, its culture, its National Parks, historical places, architecture, landscape, animal life and not least Buddhism being the backbone of the way Thais live.

There are all sorts of activities easy to reach from horse riding to bicycling, you can hire all kinds of motorbikes and cars, you can go for tracking tours or just swim and surf in the waves.
