Here’s what you need to do:
Send a request to the host
Enter your desired dates, and hit send request on the property you are interested in
Get a response from the host
The host will respond to your availability request
Ask the host a question
Simply send the host a message with any queries you have on the apartment from your inbox in your profile
Is it free to list a property?
How do I rent out my property?
- Click the ’I want to list my property’ button
- Either create a new account or sign in to your account
- Describe your property and upload pictures
- Add your price and availability on your ’my property manager’ page
How do I search for a property?
Just type a location into one of our search boxes (on the homepage for example) and fill in any other details of your stay if you wish (number of guests and so on). Click ‘search’ to get a list of available properties.
Browse the properties by looking at photos, availability, rates and reviews and find the property that’s perfect for you. Don't forget, you'll need to register with us before you can book a property.
Can I see where the rental property is located?
When you search for a property, the first 100 properties on any search will be accompanied by a map which will provide you with an approximate location.
For security reasons, a host will only provide the full address of the property once they’ve positively confirmed that the guest can stay.
We aim to respond to all enquires within one working day.
