Description of this holiday apartment
Hello!
I want to sublet my fully furnished apartment in Berlin city center (Prenzlauerberg) starting from July the 31st.
It's a very cosy, bright, sunny, warm, comfortable, 35 mq flat.
It's fantastic located in the city center, in a small and quite street of Prenzlauerberg, one of the most beautiful and lively areas of Berlin (a few meters from the metro stations: S-BAHN Prenzlauer Allee and S-BAHN & U-BAHN Schönhauser Allee).
Shops, galleries, supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants, parks in the area, the flat is just a few meters from the famous Helmholtzplatz.
All public transports available: tram (M10 and M2), bus, metro (S-Bahn and U-Bahn).
It has 1 spacious bedroom/living/dining room , 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 new and bright bathroom (with bathtube) with window.
There's a double bed in the bedroom, so it's perfect for 2 people, but two extra single beds are available if needed.
There is everything needed for daily life (free WIRELESS CONNECTION, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee-machine, water cooker, iron, stoves, bathtube, shower, etc.).
3rd floor (with elevator).
The price for the apartment will be 45 eur per day up to 2 people. 10 extra eur per person (per night) are charged, up to max. 4 people.
People who plan to stay for long periods will be preferred.
People staying at least one week (7 nights) will have a 30 eur discount
Linen included.
No animals.
30% deposit required (this will be given back at the end of your staying).
