Description of this holiday apartment
The sunny and comfortable furnished 140 sqm maisonette attic loft apartment has 3 bedrooms. The apartment which is part of a five story apartment house, built during the turn of the 19th century, is right in the centre of Berlin north of the Tiergarten Park and very close to the new main train stations Lehrter Bahnhof. It has integrated terrace facing south. From the upper level bedroom you have a good view reaching from the TV-tower at Berlin Alexander Square the Victory column. The apartment has been reconstructed recently to offer more space and light. Shopping can be done in the near neighbourhood. Access to public transport is very good.

Schöner Blick über Berlin vom Fernsehturm am Alexander Platz bis zur Siegessäule, mit Dachterrasse Richtung Süden. Das Apartment ist im 5. Stock eines um 1900 gebauten Mietshauses unweit des neuen Hauptbahnhofes gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu U-, S-Bahn und zahlreichen Busverbindungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. In der Anlage sind 6 weitere Apartments.

We stayed for a few days in the loft and I must say that it was probably the best holiday rental experience I ever got! Everything was perfect even when one looks at the smallest details: there even was a Nespresso machine in the kitchen, best coffee in the world! The decoration is very good, the view is astounding, there is a nice selection of books you can read, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is Internet with a laptop at your disposal in case you forgot yours.
Stephan, the host, is the nicest man ever: we stayed in touch since our stay and we now even work together!
Highly recommended to everyone looking for a top-class stay in Berlin at more-than-fair prices.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben Pfingsten diese Wohnung mit 6 Erwachsenen angemietet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an total wohl. Die Ausstattung ist nicht nur erstklassig, sondern es sind die vielen Details, die diese Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem machen.
Wir kommen jederzeit wieder und haben diese Wohnung schon an unsere Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Es fehlt nichts. Alles vorhanden und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Lediglich die 100! Stufen können etwas anstrengend sein. Trotzdem: Sehr empfehlenswert.
