Description of this holiday apartment
Very nice furnished 2 bedroom apartment for sublet on a nice leafy street. One block away from the idyllic Landwehrkanal (with swans!) and one block from Görlitzer park. Many nice bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
Apartment features:
• High ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and granite floors in the bathroom with bathtub.
• Living room with leather sofa and large dining table.
• One large (160 x 200 cm) bed and one small (90 x 200 cm), each in separate rooms. Both with down comforters and pillows.
• Full kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, and coffee maker, breakfast table and chairs.
• Nice plants, a DSL internet connection, and clean towels and linens.
Görlitzer Bahnhof U-bahn station is 2 blocks away for easy access to other neighborhoods, although there are many amenities in the immediate area. The outdoor Turkish market on Maybachufer, with its multitude varieties of produce, cheeses, olives, textiles, housewares, etc., happens every Tuesday and Friday and is about 2.5 blocks away. This is where I do most of my grocery shopping, as the prices are good and everything is very fresh. The apartment is situated directly above an Italian deli / coffee shop which is outstanding. Falafel, sushi, Indian food and of course German food are all very nearby as well, as well as some quiet, candle-lit bars and some that are more on the rowdy side, depending on your preference. All in all, the location is excellent.
This is a much better option than a hotel, at a fraction of the price, especially among two or three people.

Das Apartment liegt mitten in Kreuzberg, die Wohnung ist sauber, der Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir waren mit einem Kind unterwegs. Dafür war das zweite Schlafzimmer hervorragend. Alles in allem eine super Sache, ich würde jederzeit wieder bei HouseTrip buchen!
