Only a 5-minute walk from the famous Kollwitzplatz with its organic food market and flea market, “Le Blonski” is situated near a wide selection of charming restaurants, cafés, design and antique shops, as well as some of Berlin's finest art galleries. Its central location notwithstanding, the flat is situated in a tranquil side street. The area is also perfect for an enjoyable walk through the picturesque streets of the former East Berlin.
The south-facing flat is on the 4th floor, enjoying ample sunlight, and you will be able to enjoy a Nespresso coffee watching the Berlin sky in a relaxing atmosphere.
The flat is decorated with a collection of drawings, photographs and paintings by outstanding contemporary artists as well as design items including a superb set of Eames chairs.
Berlin's extensive public transport system is easily accessible, with nearby tram connections taking you to central Alexanderplatz in just four minutes. From there you can easily reach any destination in Berlin using the city's network of underground and elevated rapid transit.

Néanmoins, la situation de l'appartement dans une rue tranquille de ce quartier, vous permet également de profiter du calme quand vous le désirez et se prête également à de jolies ballades dans l'histoire de la ville.
