Description of this holiday apartment
This vacation apartment is spacious, bright and very comfortable, offering the highest standards of accommodation throughout. It has modern furnishings, attractive pictures and plants together with many homely touches to make this holiday apartment a home from home.
The luxury kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with microwave, washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with all linen, towels and bedding provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second has two singles and the third bedroom has has adult size bunk beds sleeping two at the bottom and one at the top. A sofa bed in the living room means the flat can comfortably accomodate 7/8 people.
The accommodation building is secured by an entry phone system and private parking is available in the enclosed central courtyard. From the impressive entrance hallway, a lift services all floors.
In the immediate vicinity there are good local shops and a wide variety of International and European cuisine to be sampled. Haymarket Station is close at hand and there are plenty of buses to the city centre, the Airport, and beyond.
Leisure facilities within the building, and exclusive to residents INCLUDE A PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and sauna. There is a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views. In the central courtyard is a garden with barbecue.
