A very beautiful, well equipped and comfortable apartment, within reach of tourist attractions and cafes/restaurants. Good value for money. Special touches - wine, chocolate and ice!
Spacious, clean, bright accommodation. Warm and friendly hospitality from Gordon of Grassmarket Self Catering Apartment; he gave us a very welcomed bottle of good wine, chocolate, milk and cereals; he helped us with the suitcases up to the third floor where the flat was and he was at our disposable if we needed him.
Fantastic position, although once inside the building there are 63 steps up to the flat! Could have done with more storage for clothes - no wardrobe in one of the bedrooms (only drawers) and no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom.
