This Georgian apartment is located just off Princes Street on the edge of Edinburgh's New Town. There are numerous bars/restaurants/shops nearby and the Playhouse Theatre is just across the road. The property is ideally placed to explore the sights of Edinburgh and/or indulge in some retail therapy; Harvey Nichols is a very short walk away!
The apartment has a large lounge, very spacious kitchen and dining area plus 3 bedrooms (one upstairs in the eaves) plus 2 very large bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower cubicle). There is also a quiet/study area.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment. well equipped with two huge bathrooms. A lot of stairs, so not suitable for some people. Easy walk to centre. Would stay here again. Good value for money with a group of people.
The flat was excellent very well equipped, clean, good bedding and linen,always essential. The loft bedroom was a very nice room but we felt perhaps could be a bit of a problem with regard to the ladder - perhaps could be tightened up a bit. The other rooms were bright and airy. We enjoyed the kitchen/diner; and also the lounge area.
The location was very good - however, with the road works in the city just now - it is very difficult to get about. We eventually found a back road into St. Andrews Square area.
