Description of this holiday apartment

Light and airy two bedroom apartment on South 8th Street in Williamsburg. White walls and wooden floors give a spacious feel and the trees outside the building scatter the light into the bedrooms. Very good value for the price. Note that apartment 14 (adjacent, also 2 bedrooms) can be booked for additional guests. Williamsburg is New York's new trendy area, cheaper than Manhattan with easier parking, but only a short cab ride across the Williamsburg Bridge to get to the East Village and Manhattan. It is an artsy area with plenty of bars and restaurants and a real, authentic New York feel.

We offer entirely private 1 to 5 bedroom apartments in New York, NY. All apartments are fully furnished with full/queen size beds, wireless internet, 42” plasma tv with cable, and basic kitchenware. The experience of staying in one of your apartments is for travelers looking for a real NYC experience – your neighbors will be actual New Yorkers, not fellow tourists.

All apartments have:

* 42" plasma TV with cable
* Gas, Electricity, Heat & Hot/Cold Water

KEY PICKUP
To check-in and pick up keys, first come to 808 Driggs Avenue (entrance is around the corner on South 5th) in Williamsburg Brooklyn NY 11211. We are in the direct path from the airport (JFK/LaGuardia) right by the entrance of the Williamsburg bridge to cross into Manhattan. By car, it should take you approximately 30 minutes from JFK to our office and cost about $45.

CAR SERVICE
From our office, we'll send you in one complimentary chauffeured car to your apartment if your booking is 4 nights or more at full published rates. If you need more than 1 car, you can arrange payment for the additional car directly with the driver. Car service is not provided before the 3pm check in time.

ON SITE CHECK-IN
If you prefer, someone can meet you directly at the apartment you booked for $50 between the hours of 3pm - 8pm. To take advantage of our on-site check-in, please let us know as soon as possible.

CHECK IN
Check-in is at our office from 3pm - 8pm, free of charge.
Early check-in is available free of charge before 3pm (11am is the earliest time) - however, you must still pick up the key at our office and car service is not provided. The apartment may not yet be cleaned yet and you must allow our cleaning staff to enter your apartment to tidy up.
If you want the apartment to be cleaned and prepared before 3pm, there is a $25/hour before 3pm charge (1pm check in would cost an additional $50)

LATE CHECK-IN
There is a $25 per hour charge after 8pm (ie: 10pm check in will cost an additional $50, 12am check in an additional $100) Late check-ins must be arranged in advance to ensure someone waits for you.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 11am on your day of departure. Just leave all sets of keys on the dining room table, and lock the door behind you. If the door requires a key to lock it, use the key to lock it, then slide it back under the door. There is a $100 charge per set of keys not returned.

Bed sheets, linens, and towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries.

BOOKINGS OF LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS
For bookings of less than 4 nights, we prefer to wait until a week before to confirm – unless it fits our calendar perfectly. Like any other business, our goal is to be profitable. We cannot be profitable if we accept bookings of 1-2 nights, which prevent us from taking larger bookings of 4 nights or more. The average stay is 6 nights.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
* Additional Sleeping Mats: twin size sleeping mats and linens are available for $35/night or $100/week.

* LUGGAGE STORAGE ($15/bag. $75/minimum if Manhattan). It costs this much because we have to hire a taxi and have people move your luggage. If your flight departs after the 11am checkout time, just leave your bags in the apartment with the keys, locking the door behind you. Our staff will transport your luggage back to a secure location at our office, which you can pick up on your way to the airport!
If you do not have the 5 bag minimum, you can drop the bags off yourself at our office for $10/bag. The reason we have to charge this is because there is limited space.

For any additional service (extra towels, additional cleaning, baby crib, etc), please ask us directly !
