Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Patrick, Bettina und Lisa

We stayed here recently and hope our review can help weigh up some pros and cons of the place. Firstly, the location is very good. It is about a 25-30 minute walk to the Notre Dame. Very handy. More importantly, it is about a 8 minute walk to the tube, which has 3 different lines going through it. Fantastic! The other pros are its friendly owners who are just next door. They waited up for us till midnight so they can hand over the keys. They also have a nespresso machine with capsuals for the guests to enjoy. the cons... The bed is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, so if you want to use the facilities during the night, you have to go down those steep steps. Its not a problem during the day, but in the night it is a huge pain in the backside. Secondly, the flat gets very very hot in the summer. This is due to it being the top floor which catches the sun all day. The owners provide a fan, but to be honest it doesnt suffice. Also, the shower and toilet are open plan and are separtated only by a curtain that doesnt cover both the toilet and the floor in front of it at the same time. The end result is that if you walk in after someone has showered, your socks get wet, or your bare feet get wet, or your bathroom floor gets those dirty light mud patches on it from the leftover dirt from your shoes. Move the curtain the other way and your toilet seat gets wet. Either which way its a point you should consider before renting. Oh, lastly, you cant stand up in the bedroom without hitting your head on the roof! Anyway, great flat with a great location, with some big down sides as well.

Location, location, location! This apartment was in the perfect spot; close to the Metro, close to restaurants, shopping, and many tourist attractions. The host lives right next door and made themselves available for any questions or concerns. The apartment is just like the photos and came equipped with WiFi for all your searches. One thing that must be mentioned is that I would only recommend this apartment for able-bodied people; it is on the top floor of the building and also has steep, narrow steps inside the apartment that lead up to the bedroom area. Our visit went very smoothly so come and have a great stay.
