Holiday apartment in Rome: Borgo
Instant booking rentals can be booked directly within a few minutes, much like you book a hotel room on the internet. Only our highest quality rentals are chosen to be featured in our instant booking selection.
To book rentals which aren't instant booking (i.e. "on request"), you need to send a booking enquiry to confirm availability with the owner first before booking
To book "on request" rentals, you need to send a booking enquiry to confirm availability with the owner before booking. You will receive the owner's answer to your enquiry directly by email.
We advise sending enquiries to the 3 or 4 "on request" rentals that interest you most. As soon as you receive a positive answer, you should book immediately; waiting for other replies increases the chances that available rentals will be booked by someone else.

Description of this holiday apartment
The elegant, charming 45sqm apartment “Borgo” is situated on the

Nearby attractions
- Set in the residential, yet central area close by Castel Sant’Angelo, this apartment is located most conveniently for those guests who wish to discover the Eternal City by foot, and truly experience Roman life. St. Peter’s and the world’s most famous museum: the Vatican Museum, are only a five minute walk away from your door and to arrive at the legendary Castel Sant’Angelo, it takes even less. Crossing over the charming bridge, Ponte Sant’Angelo, you can stroll along the antique shop lined, Via dei Coronari, and proceed easily on to Piazza Navona with one of Bernini’s masterpieces, the Fountain of the Four Rivers as its centre piece. From there, the famous Campo de’ 9 Fiori with its beautiful, daily market is only a stone’s throw away. From Piazza Navona many other important milestones of Rome’s long history can be reached easily by foot: be it the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps or the Colosseum. Moreover, for those who prefer public transport; the Metro A (“red line”) as well as a bus stop, are located nearby. Furthermore, in your neighbourhood you can feel and do as the Romans do as the Borgo-Area is the perfect spot to “sink” into daily Roman life: be it Mario who sells fresh fruit and vegetables and Bianca offering Parmigiano cheese, Prosciutto and other Italian culinary delights in their stores in the pedestrian alley Borgo Pio or the little craftsman’s establishments in the small cobbled alleyways around – all together they create a fabulous “village- atmosphere”. Moreover, there are the two gourmet stores “Franchi” and “Castroni” in the fashionable boulevard Cola di Rienzo five minutes from your door: hardly ever anybody has been seen leaving these culinary paradises empty-handed… In addition to this, in the same street you find a beautiful market hall where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, cheese and lots of other delicious Italian produces. And last but not least, this neighbourhood abounds in restaurants and pizzerias where you can enjoy the “cucina italiana”.
