Description of this holiday apartment
Comfortable 70sqmt flat on the third floor of a modern building with elevator. It is only 10 minutes walking far from Trastevere railway station. Easy access to the city centre by 3 bus lines. Stop at the doorsteps. Connection to the underground line B and fast city train to Vatican city from Trastevere station. Livingroom with a sofa bed convertible into 2 single, a doubleroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with the most common appliances including a washer and a microwave, a bathroom and two balconies. The street is private and quiet at night but the area offers any kind of shops and facilities.Internet access complimentary. Ideal accommodation for a family of 4 or 4 friends.
We also own a miniflat close to Trastevere suitable for 2 people.
Rate are based on 2 people. Any additional guest Eur 20/nt.

The apartment was large enough, and had some of the promised amenities, though it was obviously quite old (not modern, as promised) and had not been updated. However, the area was not very nice, with very few restaurants that were not just takeout pizza. It was a difficult and long bus ride to the major attractions. The noise was incredibly loud at night; horns, engine noise, shouting and screaming. The biggest problem for us was that it was billed as having parking available, which was one of our main reasons for choosing it. The only parking available was street parking, which in Rome means not available at all, or a garage charging 10 euro per day.

the facility was very nice. However it is in the deep residential part of Rome and at least a 15 minute walk to the metro and a 20-30 minute bus ride into town. Be sure to get a good metro map and a city map before going. But the apartment itself was fabulous and the owners were especially friendly.
