The apartment is located in a perfect area for an holiday, so close to S.Peter's, and from here you could reach by walk in few minutes Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and all the most important touristic points in Rome
Bu if you prefer not to walk, on the street there are many buses, and at only 100 mt the metro station Ottaviano.
It is composed by an entrance, a living room with table and chairs, 2 large double bedrooms and a bedroom with sofa bed for just one person, totally equipped kitchen with microwave and bathroom with bathtub/shower.
On IV floor with elevator, furnished with care, quite.
The apartment inViale delle Milizie, so close to Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo, the neighborhood is very elegant and safe.

Ns avons passé 5 nuits à Milizie, ns étions 2 couples.Appartement coquet, spacieux, propre, bien situé, proche station de métro et bus,mais...... installation électrique défectueuse qui ns plonge dans l'obscurité pendant le repas du soir ou interromp le chauffage à tout moment. A ne pas louer l'hiver!!!!!Nous conseillons à la propriétaire de revoir son installation électrique le 25novembre 2011

We enjoyed our four day stay. Nice functional apartment, sometimes a little bit noisy because of the traffic, basic kitchen. But: excellent situated, close to the metro, market, buses to Trastevere and walking distance the vatican ! Easy connection to the airport by train and Metro.

Dear family Tessier, The apartment has no problem at all at its electrical apparel. everybody knows that if you turn on all the lights into the apartment and also hair dryer it's normal that electricity gets off. Then about heating it doesn't turn off every time during the day due to the electricity problem as you said, as the heating in the apartment is a condominium heating with stated time hours during the day and night. I think the guests was totally wrong. There are no problem at all during winter period with this apartment. Don't take in consideration this guests review but all the other reviews that can show you the apartment is large, clean, bright and centrally located.
