The apartment, very spacious, ideal for families or two/three couples, can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is composed of: 2 bedrooms, 1 large lounge that includes a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and a large terrace. It is located at the ground floor, with independent entrance in the Monteverde neighbourhood a few hundreds metres from one of the largest city park "Villa Pamphili" and a hundred metres from one of the most characteristic street markets in Rome.

El apartamento está en el barrio de trastevere; está muy bien comunicado con el centro a través del tranvia. Contiene todo lo que podais necesitar, está limpio y bien conservado.Gaetano os explicará todo lo que necesiteis. Es un sitio al que seguro que volveremos.

I really REALLY recommend this place. I stayed here in May 2011 with 3 girlfriends and the apartment exceeded all out expectations. Mr Del Vecchio gave us some handy tips prior to arrival and during our stay, such as how much to expect the taxi journey to be from the airport, and what buses, trains and trams to get around Roma. He was also kind enough to drive us to the airport on our return for 30euro which was cheaper than the taxi on the way in. He was very pleasant to deal with, as were his wife and daughter who showed us around the apartment on arrival. The place was much bigger than expected and very clean and welcoming, in a quiet neighbourhood close to a main tram line that takes us straight into the heart of Trastevere. Trastevere was everything we hoped Roma would be like, cobbled streets, bohemian atmosphere and friendly locals. If you're looking for a place to party also then head to the Testaccio district on a saturday night, we were told about it by locals and headed there bt taxi from the apartment, about 15mins away. We found copious clubs all together on one cobbled street in a horse-shoe shape, all different music, something for everyone. We definatley plan to visit Roma again and will most certainly be staying at Vacanzopoli. Thank you Mr Del Vecchio!

Wir verbrachten mit unseren beiden Kindern (13 und 15) 5 Tage in Rom bei Gaetano. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Auch die Kleinigkeiten für den Alltag, wie Abwaschmittel, Salz, Zucker standen zur Verfügung, was ich sehr schätzte. Besonders toll war der Internetzugang in der ganzen Wohnung, mit dem wir jeweils den Tag planen konnten. Das Quartier mit dem lokalen Markt hat viel Charme. Gaetano hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gut in die Umgebung eingeführt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Herzlichen Dank, Gaetano. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
