Very cozy studio completely furnished with all appliances and very fast (adsl) internet connection (WiFi).
The wooden floor studio has all the needed appliances in a house from dish washer to washing machine, oven, micro-wave, grill, wine glasses or anything else needed on a daily basis. Everything in very good condition: for you to use and leave in the same state.
It also features a large king size bed (180x200) with a special mattress for your special comfort. Direct access to a balcony with view to the front (main) street.
All bed linen and towels included.
A very large wardrobe with fancy glass doors provides plenty free space to accommodate all of your personal belongings.

In average a 15 to 20 minute walk take you to the heart of the city center, Mariaplaats; a five minute bicycle ride.
Next door there is the Juliana Park, excellent for a picnic, an afternoon stroll or jogging.
Buses number 3 or 120 take you also in five minutes to Utrecht Centraal (main train station) which connects you in 30 minutes to either Amsterdam Centraal or Schiphol (Amsterdam International Airport). Connections to all main cities in The Netherlands depart from Utrecht - Rotterdam, Den Haag (The Hague), Maastricht, Eindhoven... you will not be bored in the beautiful city of Utrecht [visiting the ex-libris of the city of Utrecht, the Dom, is a must - can't miss it].
Free parking available in the street downstairs and at a parking lot right beside the house, 20 meters away.
