This apartment is great for families and friends accommodating up to 8 people. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has 2 full size beds and 2 sofa beds on the main level, one in the family room can sleep 2 and one in the living room area also sleep 2. Two large full bathrooms, one on each level.
Your own separate entrance, new hardwood floors, high ceilings, mantels, oversized closets and gets loads in natural sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, cookware, flatware, stemware and everything needed for cooking and dinning. Clean towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer are provided. High speed WIFI internet service, Cable television and Microsoft Xbox & Nintendo Wii are all provided for your enjoyment.
The neighborhood is safe and ethnically diversified, close to transportation, shopping, super market, shopping mall, restaurants, banks, and laundry. Car service and cabs are readily available. Convenient to JFK & LaGuardia Airports
Located on the boarders of Clinton Hill and Historic Stuyvesant Heights and just 4 short blocks from the A-express & C local trains Nostrand Ave station and 5 short blocks to the G train Bedford & Nostrand Ave station, you are only 12 minutes to downtown Manhattan & 25 minutes to midtown.

We've been there in the middle of May. After we arrived Marjorie showed us everything and explained us what kind of shops are in the neighborhood. From the beginning she was very nice to us and the appartment looks like the pictures. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. For questions she was always available. We had great holidays there and we hope to come back soon.
this place is hosted by marjorie: a lovely, hospitable and alert lady. the apartment offers lots of space (for a family of 5-6 people), is very comfortable with two bathrooms and makes you feel at home immediately. it is close to the subway to get you downtown very quickly. we had a lovely time there, specially in the evenings when we looked out to get back there.
The property was in a great location, the supermarket, subway, and shops were within walking distance. The brownstone could use another TV upstairs in one of the additional bedrooms. Marjorie was a great host and helped my family navigate our way through NYC. Overall, our stay was great. I will definitely use Housetrip.com again to book another vacation.
I absolutely recommend this property. A 5 minute walk to the subway stop Nostrand (A- Express to Manhattan 15 minutes). Spacious and clean appartment for 6. I stayed there 1 week with my wife and 4 children. We had everything we needed and our host Marjorie was very kind and helpfull. Supermarket nearby and safe neighborhood. A very good place to stay !
