The apartment is a duplex. The low level at the top floor of the building is made of the only bedroom, the bathroom and toilets. The upper level is on the roof without neighboor or overlooked. You will find the kitchen, the table with a wonderful sight see on the roof and the living room from which uou can access to the terrace by a large bay-window.

Bathroom: 1 Bath, 1 basin and a large looking glass.
Kitchen with fully equipment hosting 3 persons for lunch (oven, microwave, dishwasher, cafetière, raclette grill, and all the dishes needed for cooking)

L'appartement est en duplex. La partie inférieure se situe au dernier étage de l'immeuble et est composée d'une unique chambre et de la salle de bain. La partie supérieure se compose du coin de vie (cuisine, salon et terrasse). Elle est sur le toit sans voisin ni vis-a-vis. L'accès à la terrasses se fait par une baie vitrée à partir du salon.

Salle de bain: baignoire, lavabo et un grand miroir
Cuisine entièrement équipée permettant de manger à 3.
Salon: canapé cuir, écran plat, lecteur dvd, internet wifi.
Terrasse: canapé extérieur, table de bar, barbecue à gaz, lumière, système son Bose.

This duplex is in a very good location, in a very smart part of the town centre and within walking distance of all major attractions and transport links. The selling point of the duplex is the terrace, which offers space to enjoy the pleasant evenings, and a grill to cook local produce. We found it a pleasant base from which to explore Aix and the surrounding area, including Marseille and Saint Victoire. We also found the host very welcoming and informative, which does make a difference. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
