Greenwich Holiday Cottage is a lovely self-catering house which has been modernised throughout. Ideal for your romantic & luxurious holiday or business trip. Excellent summer holiday location within few minutes walk of the Royal Park venue of the recent London 2012 Olympic Equestrian events. Quiet and romantic location and just a 5 mins walk to the epicentre of Greenwich which is a vibrant Historic centre where you find an array of eateries, shops, pubs & cinema. Countless number of departmental stores for all your groceries to help with your self-catering. Easy access (mostly a short walk) to 5 different rail/tube/DLR Metro stations including North Greenwich tube station. Excellent Bus network both day & night. Few stops away is the o2 entertainment arena (walk if preferred). Travel to Central London is quick and easy with average journey time of about 15 mins. Local stations are in London travel zone 2 or 3. This holiday villa shows our belief that home is the best place in the world. Enjoy a true home on your holiday.

Logement conforme à la description proche, très bon état général, vu le temps pour cette période on avait également la possibilité de chauffer si nous avions froid (très bien) la dame qui est venu nous apporter les clés et très gentille c'est très agréable elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement des différents appareils dans la maison. De plus la maison est bien desservie par 2 bus qui nous dépose à des stations de métro (proche également). La propriétaire est également à l'écoute et gère bien son bien, elle répond très vite aux mails.
Un séjour de 3 jours en famille très agréable, logement fonctionnel pour notre famille de 6 (4 enfants et 2 adultes). Proche des commodités très bien pour visiter Londres et faire découvrir la ville aux enfants, tout en étant le soir au calme. Pour nous il y a deux petites choses à remonter : manque de petite cuillière, et la poignée extérieur de la porte d'entrée qui fonctionne mal.
Nous sommes satifaits de notre séjour . La maison était spatieuse et propre . Le seul point d'interrogation est le fait que le propriètaire ne nous ait pas laissé le choix de faire le ménage ou pas . Il nous l'a imposé ? Mieux préciser les modes de transport pour arriver à l'appartement. Votre débiteur. Pascal Renouvel
Host response Thank you for your stay. Glad you are happy with your stay. Unfortunately it is best that we arrange the cleaning so that the cleaner can take responsibility for anything not done well enough. I am sure you will not be pleased if you arrived and the house is not cleaned well and I tell you the previous guests did the cleaning! Glad to have you stay and hope you'll still consider this accommodation on a future visit to London. Remember that I sent you detailed travel route to the accommodation by tube, rail and bus but you said you did not receive then until I resent them two days before your arrival. The email had three different documents with details of travel route but I guess you did not have enough time to go through them. There are also a laminated train, tube and bus maps with explanations in the living room. Once again many thanks for your stay and hope to see you again in the future.
