NO EXISTE NINGUNA RELACION ENTRE MI APARTAMENTO Y ESTE HOTEL, solo lo indico a nivel de que ustedes ubiquen la zona con facilidad.
La capacidad ópima es de una pareja, pero específicamente pueden quedarse algunos amigos ya que hay un a habitación abierta al salón con un doble sofá coma y mesa de estudio, donde para conseguir algo de intimidad se puede correr una cortina a tal efecto que separa visualmente el salón de este otro espacio.
La zona es muy tranquila y esta muy cerca de los centros de estudios : Esade y iese, junto al tranvía azul que te lleva al Tibidabo.
En este piso no te faltara de nada¡
Es indispensable que sean tranquilos y educados ya que en caso contrario los vecinos avisan a la policía cuando ven comportamientos inadecuados o no cívicos.

appartement très bien, bon rapport qualité prix, il est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien, il est situé dans une résidence et un quartier calme, pas très loin du parc Guell. point négatif le parking privé situé dans la rue (27 euros les 24 heures )du coup le propriétaire nous a donné l'info place verte gratuite le week-end et jours fériés. Javier est très sympatique. Barcelone magique!!!!
Excellent apartment, has got everything what you may need and even more. In very good, quite location, close to metro and bus stop. Only 15 min walk from Park Guell. Javier the owner is very nice and helpful. We stayed there with 3 year old son and the apartment is suitable for kids. Small mini market is 1 minute away. Highly recommended!!
