Lorsqu’on pousse la porte de cette jolie demeure, le bruit trépident de la ville s’arrête pour laisser place à une quiétude renforcée par de larges et lumineuses pièces agencées autour d’une cage d’escalier magistrale.
Dotée de 3 étages, la maison dispose aussi d’un joli jardin arrière. Dès les premiers beaux jours, il est très agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner dans cet écrin fleuri…

Acquise en 2007 par un jeune couple dont lui est architecte, la demeure fut entièrement rénovée dans le respect des matériaux d’époque mais en apportant une confortable modernité. Munie de panneaux solaires, de raccords à une citerne d’eau de pluie, de châssis performants et d’une excellente isolation thermique, la maison fut autant que possible rénovée dans un souci d’écologie.

When you push the door of this attractive residence all the outside voices fade into a quiet and peaceful atmosphere reinforced by spacious and light rooms ordered around an impressive staircase.
The three-storied house also has an attractive back garden where it is pleasant to have your breakfast on a beautiful morning.
