Inquiets au vu de la cage d'escaliers nous avons été agréablement surpris en découvrant un appartement clair et agréable.Une femme de ménage était là à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clés et nous faire visiter les lieux. Notre chambre spacieuse avec un lit très confortable, beaucoup de rangements, était conforme à nos attentes. Salle de bains (pas de savon et shampooing fournis) et WC propres. Prévoir de changer les chaises de la cuisine car usagées (taches de peinture).
deux jours avant notre arrivée ,nous avons été prevenus qu on nous avait changé de logement pour une nuit sur trois .La personne n était pas au rendez vous pour nous donner les clés,nous avons attendu une demi heure dehors. La chambre était propre et conforme à la photo et la literie parfaite. L immeuble était sale
Nous avons ete décu par l'appartement loué... L'entrée était très sale, les WC fuyaient. D'après les photos fournies par le propriétaire, nous avions une chambre avec une salle de bain et des WC. Or nous avons dû les partager avec 3 autres personnes louant le meme appartement que nous ! Imaginez la surprise ! et surtout.... nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire ! Un artisan nous a accueilli à l'appartement et nous a remis les clés. L'accueil était impersonnel et le lieu d'habitation médiocre... Je pense que vous devriez visiter les appartements avant de les proposer aux locataires.
