Marie Agnès Nous avons trouvé cet appartement propre et spacieux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré notre retard. Le ménage était fait tous les jours .Le bus pour rejoindre le centre de Londres passe juste en bas de l'appartement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Pascal Inquiets au vu de la cage d'escaliers nous avons été agréablement surpris en découvrant un appartement clair et agréable.Une femme de ménage était là à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clés et nous faire visiter les lieux. Notre chambre spacieuse avec un lit très confortable, beaucoup de rangements, était conforme à nos attentes. Salle de bains (pas de savon et shampooing fournis) et WC propres. Prévoir de changer les chaises de la cuisine car usagées (taches de peinture).
Frederique deux jours avant notre arrivée ,nous avons été prevenus qu on nous avait changé de logement pour une nuit sur trois .La personne n était pas au rendez vous pour nous donner les clés,nous avons attendu une demi heure dehors. La chambre était propre et conforme à la photo et la literie parfaite. L immeuble était sale
Nathalie Nous avons ete décu par l'appartement loué... L'entrée était très sale, les WC fuyaient. D'après les photos fournies par le propriétaire, nous avions une chambre avec une salle de bain et des WC. Or nous avons dû les partager avec 3 autres personnes louant le meme appartement que nous ! Imaginez la surprise ! et surtout.... nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire ! Un artisan nous a accueilli à l'appartement et nous a remis les clés. L'accueil était impersonnel et le lieu d'habitation médiocre... Je pense que vous devriez visiter les appartements avant de les proposer aux locataires.

Host response First you was not mistaken, you guys rented a private room and not an apartment, and the problem that you do not know how to read and understand so little English, because if not you would not have been disappointed, the next time someone asks for help, and read with attention to what you are buying. Second on the toilet were not out of place, you have difficulty to distinguish what is coming out or fixed, because the bathroom was on site to better serve our customer, the problem was not in the toilet, more in you, and if do you understand me. Third, As other people, I make it clear that people are great and wish they were back in my flat, are educated and respect, unlike you who think better than others, most to be rich and not have an account filled with money and live in a mansion faucet gold, but rather be respectful and polite and have a minimum of generosity understand something and when necessary, often when we are not satisfied with something, and then better make constructive criticism, investigation of Superb and be proud, and that it be poor. Who received you were my husband, we have more than 40 rooms. Never had two stars. Already spent more than 500 people in our apartments.
