Villa Prima, a sophisticated holiday house located in the small town of Rojnići in the heart of Istria, a Mediterranean peninsula, offers you a luxurious accommodation experience with high level of privacy, ideal for families, couples and small groups of people. With more than 180m2 divided on two floors and 4 bedrooms, this new and modern house can accommodate 8. Private swimming pool and Finnish sauna are just some of many luxurious amenities you can find at Villa Prima. Kitchen, sauna, double bedroom, bathroom, dining area and living room are situated on the ground floor with a lovely view on the pool. Kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, child high chair, and dish washer, among other.
On the first floor there are two double and one twin rooms, accompanied with two bathrooms with a shower. Terrace on the first floor has a table for 10 and overlooks garden area with pool. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite LCD TV, CD player and a spacious wardrobe. The villa’s natural building materials and illumination system was carefully designed to provide the most comfort and pleasurable experience in any moment. Free Wi-Fi is provided both inside and outside the house, paired with Nintendo Wii game console and a DVD player. Outdoor area stretches to 1000m2 of fine trimmed grass and features 4x6 meters swimming pool (pool depth between 1.20 and 1.40 meters).
Area surrounding swimming pool is equipped with parasols and deck chairs, made from natural materials. For complete privacy and children safety garden is surrounded with hedge and natural rock fence. Garden also encompasses barbecue area with dining table. The house is pet friendly and equipped with private parking space for 3 cars.
