Along the Via Appia, near Piazza Re di Roma, the apartment is served by the metro that connects quickly to the most attractions such as the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Basilica of St. Peter, Vatican Museum, and the entire historic center.
Power, gas, internet, cleaning, TV, and taxes are all included in the total amount. The apartment is equipped with towels and linens as well as all is needed to cook. Moreover, there is a coffee machine available with free coffee cups, and a few drinks waiting for you at the arrival (also free).

If you need a taxi from airport or train station to the apartment, I can call one for a fixed price of 45 euro (55 euro for night runs - 22:30 to 6:00AM).

The apartment, or guest house, offers two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and shower, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and a digital safe. The lounge is a multimedia station at your disposal including: Wii, Internet, PC, LCD TV with satellite and digital terrestrial, as well as a poker table with board games and card games. The kitchen is equipped with branded appliances in stainless steel: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, hood, and a hand-made dining table. On request a baby kit is available (see pictures).
History
The palace, dated 1926, was built Umbertino style with a structure of solid bricks and a stucco friezes on both facades and interiors. The restructuring of the apartment has highlighted architectural elements of the original building as the bag walls (a special brickwork), bringing to light materials and construction styles of the time.

Un appartement de haute qualité , idéalement situé ( metro, supermarché et restaurant à proximité ) . confort exceptionnel , décoration de goût actuel , très bien aménagé . Deux chambres avec salle de bain individuelles , grands lits confortables situées côté cour donc pas de bruit . L'accueil était parfait , trés sympatique ,n hésitez pas à prendre le taxi qu il vous sera proposé pour venir de l aéroport . UN APPARTEMENT MAGNIFIQUE dans lequel vous passerez d'excellentes soirées , qui vous permettra de vous reposer après les longues visites de Rome.
Tutto corrispondeva o superava le nostre aspettative, dall’accoglienza ricevuta all’arrivo, alla pulizia dell’appartamento, al gusto con il quale è stato arredato, alla presenza di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Non da ultimo abbiamo apprezzato la flessibilità del proprietario nell’assecondare alcune nostre piccole richieste “extra”. Le nostre bambine hanno in particolare apprezzato le infrastrutture elettroniche, PC compreso. La vicinanza alla stazione metropolitana rende questo appartamento particolarmente adatto per visite turistiche della città.
