My 70m2 apartments are situated in a newly built building that receives sunlight through the day. Besides a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed, a convertible studio couch is placed in the neatly furnished living room which allows up to 4 guests to stay in the apartment. Additionally each apartment consists of a well equipped kitchen area, a spacious bathroom and a tiny balcony.
