Recently renovated apartment available in the heart of Brooklyn. Four blocks away from the subway / metro with convenient access to Manhattan without transfers. About 30 minute subway ride to Manhattan. Near a major shopping area, buses, gym, banks, restaurants. 15 minute ride to New York Beaches. 15 minute walk to a beautiful Atlantic Ocean promenade with stunning views of the Verrazzano Bridge. Close to Manhattan, JFK (about 30 minutes), Queens.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with one bathroom and eat-in kitchen. Very clean and airy; lots of light. Can sleep 6.

Joel The apartment was nearly perfect for us! We stayed there with the family over new years. We found the renter to be very kind and helpful in any and every way possible. The neighborhood is very safe and perfect for families. I would definitely recommend this piece of property!

Christel Maison tres bien située à 300 m etre du metro.Le metro D vous emmene a Manathan en 35 minutes.Commerces a proximité de la maison.Irina est tres tres gentille et tres prevenante, encore merci à elle qui nous a aider a trouver un taxi a moindre frais dû a la tempete Sandy.Le WIFI marchait tres bien.Le quartier est calme.

Guenther The apartment was clean and big. You need about 50 minutes to get from the apartment to Manhattan by metro, so it's not really as close as it's described. There also was a really weird smell in the kitchen. We assumed that it came from the oven.
