The first bedroom: has a large double bed with a sitting area having a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two guests) and wardrobe.
The second bedroom: has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The Babybed is provided on request.
Bathroom
Has bathtub and Shower, wash basin, washer/dryer, hair dryer, towels and a separate WC.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware. Also it has a dinnet.

Entrance Hall has a Spacious Wardrobe.

Our house is very conveniently located. Underground line (Metro) "U4" Station (Friedensbrucke) and tram D, and Fraz Joseph Bahnhof ( Franz JosephTrain Station ) are located only within 100 meters from the building. You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 5 to 10 minutes by public transport.
Stephansplatz (the city center) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centers are within 10 minutes ride with U-bahn.
In the neighborhood you find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops.
