48m2 apartment completely remodeled in june 2011 and fully equipped with all that the clients need.
100m from the metro station, 7 minutes drive from champs Elysées and 200m from the circular highway. It is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood one block from shopping area, nearby many small parks for children and adults.
Refundable deposit € 300
check in and check out can be flexible if apartment is not already booked.

Just back from a stay here with wife and 2 teenagers -very pleased with the apartment in terms of fit out,location, landlord Albert- just 300m from Metro station, in a nice area with shops, market and restaurants nearby. By the way would also definetely recommend the landlords restaurant Beity which is located nearby- lovely food at reasonable price. Very pleased with the experience. If prefer walking to metro only 25 mins from Champs Ely or major parks etc
A really lovely apartment in a great part of Paris. Easy to get into town and plenty to do locally. Albert was really helpful and responded quickly to queries. There is a car park two streets away and a metro within 5 mins walk. Apartment really well looked after and feels like home straight away. We'll be back.
Host response Thank you for our advices, the toilet seat that was missing a screw was repaired and the shower is working excellet and about the cleaning of the kitchen i stopped working with the lady that cleaned the apartment that day, i am very serious about offering the best service we can and i like customers to call me if they have any problem imediately, i live near the apartment. i appriciate any advice how to make customer's stay better.
