The apartment is located in the heart of bohemian SoFo (south of Folkungagatan) IN Södermalm. The area is packed with interesting, trendy and creative shops for fashion, design, interior, vintage, second hand, modern antiques, books, magazines and records.
This is one of the most popular areas in Stockholm and there are plenty of cozy coffee shops, bars, restaurants and galleries.
From the apartment it takes about 13 minutes walk to Old town and the Royal Castle. Closest subway is Slussen or Medborgarplatsen. Slussen has both green and red subway line and only 2 stops from central station. From Slussen you can also take a boat ride over to Djurgården or one of the islands in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
Coretta was very welcoming and helpful with communication before, during and after arrival. We were also allowed to leave our suitcases in the apartment while we went sightseeing on our last day. The apartment was perfectly functional and in a lovely area not far from the centre/ Gamla Stan was probably a 15 minute walk along the waterfront. Peaceful neighbourhood. Wi if would have been useful, but we don't live by the Internet. Many thanks
