Sunny House is the "whole year" ideal solution for your holiday in Siracusa. A few steps by the sea, and at less than 5 minutes by car by the island of Ortigia. At less than 10 minutes you can find the seaside resorts of Arenella (beach) and Fontane Bianche(beach). For the holders of nautical licence there is also the possibility to rent a beautiful boat in the near dock (500 mt). The villa, is equipped with every comfort. 3 bedrooms, (each one with tv lcd ) 3 bathrooms (of which one with tub), fireplace, washer, very beautiful and large garden with English palms and lemon pants, professional barbecue and firewood oven. Sunny House is placed in a privileged and magic location, absorbed in the peace and in the silence of the country, but at the same time very close to the sea ,by one side and to the city, by the other side. The Villa is built on the rests of an ancient landowners' farm-house and is completely restructured and modernized.
Belle maison confortable et fonctionnelle avec une mention particulière pour la literie et le jardin entièrement clos (parfait pour les enfants). Quartier calme, petite supérette à 5 min à pied, pour le reste une voiture est nécessaire. Pizzeria et restaurant de fruits de mer pas loin. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable en cas de problème. Nous y avons passé une semaine agréable avec nos 3 enfants qui ont adoré cette maison.
Un belle maison à 20 minutes du centre de Syracuse. Voiture indispensable, car aucune commodité à proximité. Cette maison est idéale pour plusieurs couples ou familles. 2 grandes terrasses dont une avec cuisine extérieure et une autre terrasse-salon au 1er étage. Lingerie fonctionnelle et literie irréprochable. Merci à Antonio pour son accueil et son attention jusqu'au terme de notre séjour.
The house is situated perfectly. It is 3 minutes drive from sandy beach. The sea is the clearest. Despite the sand you can see your legs in the water. 2 minutes walk from the nearest shop where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, bread etc. Syracuse is only 10 minutes drive. Big supermarkets - 5 minutes drive. The garden in the house is rather big, there are lemons and figs. To relax you can choose between three terraces ( two -downstairs, one-above) or the sun loungers in the garden with hot water in the shower. The house is equipped with all necessary things you may need. Thinking about our stay with good memories. Hope we will come back one day. Thanks Antonio for his warm stay.
