This sea view property is located in the residential area of Playa de la Concha, a very calm and well situated area, and just a few steps from the beach. It is within a small complex with nice garden areas and a shared pool.
This 400 m2 house has a large terrace with a private pool, where sunbathing, barbaqueing or simply enjoying its beautiful landscape is possible. As for its lay-out, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with three single beds. There are two bathrooms, one of them en-suite and with a Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully-equiped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffe-maker, kettle and all kind of utensils. As for the dining/ sitting room there are two sofa-beds, a DVD player and satellite TV.
Additionally ,the property has an alarm system and air-conditioning.
