I think u joke with there,,We communicate many times together we talk about the problem but nothing from u ,,any will to help or to responce,,,I called and i complained for the appartment from the fist minute i got into ..but i thing i have to deal with not a resposible company,The guy i called (dont ask me now who and what.)said to me that will contact with the host and if he has no objection will return the amout i paid.Nothing happend only i spend money more to talk with u on the phone .. With mrs Maria i think i talked also 2 times she said to me to call and call me back ,nothing happend never call..For u was to pass the 48 hours to give the money to the host and nothing else ..Very bad location no bedroom,no spilt units only a small one which have to carry out here and there. The problem with with company is the comunication after paymment and this is the most important to be there to solve problems and not to hide at the corner so to do your job,other guests will know now about
Host response by the side of the host: dear Antonis,we are realy sorry for your unconvenied experiance you had with this rental through housetrip page and administration.never happened befor since three years that this property is hosting people like you.By our side we did more than usual to serve you since your arrival.(remember the waiting time we spent more than 1,5 hour outdoor due to false arrival time you refer),no deposit asked at check in time as like happens with every body else.note that the appartment you find it in perfect conditions exactly as described in publication,.i thing you probably missed to choose an appartment with split beds and this one offers a double one.the quality of location is one of the top among the similar seen by the popularity that gains and referals in other pages.your bad comunication with administration does not effect the service offered and is not right to undeervalue the propety.I wish you the next time to give more time and accurancy at your research to avoid unapropriate with your needs bookings.(mind that we delyed to be paid for this booking several months and after repeted notification, not 48 hours after as you supose).
