It has just been renovated, very clean and inviting, and set up to make your visit comfortable and easy. Excellent location, the apartment is conveniently located in Brooklyn, Brighton Beach; many hip restaurants, café, food stores, boutiques, banks and shops within short walking distance.

We were there in 6 people, two of us slept in large living room, rest in two sleeping rooms with double beds, the appartment is quite clean, kitchen equipped sufficiently for 6 six people living room is comfortable enough for 6 people, safe place for night returns, near shops opened till late night, subway station 10 minutes by foot, briefly said advantageous acomodation for the required price.
We can only be very positive about this apartment. The photo's give an excellent impression. Moreover, it also very clean. Dimitry, the landlord, is very kind and supportive! We stayed for a week (February 2013) and it was perfect for the three of us. Some additional information: The B-train of the subway takes about 25 minutes to Canalstreet, the first stop in Manhatten. The Q-train takes a little bit longer. There are enough shops around to buy groceries. The neighborhood is safe. We even have walked after midnight from the subway to the apartment (about 400 meter). Concluding: If we visit New York again, we will again stay in this apartment!
Hello, my friends and I stayed for two weeks(from 2oct-11oct) in Brooklyn. housing is such that we see on the website, there is no deception. it lacks nothing, towels, through sheets, hair dryer, etc .... everything you need is there! the apartment is CLEAN Dimitri the owner is really nice and very friendly, we were very welcome, he ensures that we lacked nothing, we have even provided water and toilet paper.
