A comfortable and modern private room for up to 2 people located in Midwood, Brooklyn NY.
You will enjoy your stay in New York thanks to this charming room, located on East 14th Street (Btwn Ave M-N) in Brooklyn. You will be near all Brooklyn's main activities, being one block away to the B/Q subway line. You can be in Manhattan in just 30-min. Lots of shopping available within just a few steps away and great restaurants (kosher food available as well).
This vacation room is part of a 5-unit complex in a comfortable and relaxed setting. The shared kitchenette/dining area is equipped with modern appliances. The 3 bathrooms are shared, and you have three showers to choose from. The amenities include Internet Broadband WI-FI, microwave, central A/C Heat & Hot/Cold Water, refridgerator, cable television and a patio that seats four. Each room includes a dresser, armoire, an end table, cable television, a ceiling fan, and a window that can be shut for privacy..
The owner shall provide each tenant with a bath towel and hand towel. We provide blankets, sheets and pillows for the maximum capacity. We also have hair dryers, irons and ironing board if needed. The shared kitchen and bathroom are cleaned on a daily basis.

We have a minimum of 2 nights for reservations. Check-in is from 12-9pm and a $20 late fee is applied for guests who arrive between 9pm-11pm. We NO LONGER accept check-ins after 11pm!
Check-out is at 10:30am. Due to the room being part of a shared unit, we cannot allow children under 13-years of age. We look forward to pampering you with your every need!

(+) Staff very kind and efficient. Room, kitchen and baths clean. (-) no window in the room; not mentioned on the web site room next to the AC room, very noisy, had to sleep with ear plugs indications about this part of Brooklyn where you can buy only kosher food or go to kosher restaurants, would be necessary
Séjour du 29 avril au 7 mai 2012. Rapport qualité/prix, c'est vraiment très, très bien. L'endroit est propre et même si effectivement la cuisine commune est réduite à sa simple expression, y prendre son petit-déjeuner ne pose aucun problème. Le logement est situé à 150m de la plus proche station de métro (avenue M) sur la ligne Q (couleur jaune) ce qui est vraiment très pratique pour partir à la découverte de Manhattan, notamment, et vous pourrez rejoindre en 35mn, Time Square. Par ailleurs, la résidence est située dans un quartier résidentiel et tranquille où les commerces alimentaires sont à proximité. En résumé, pour découvrir NYC cette ville de fou au gigantisme impressionnant qui vit 24h/24, cet hébergement sera parfait pour revenir le temps de la nuité à un monde bien plus paisible... L'équipe d'accueil est très serviable et gentille. La seule petite méfiance à avoir, c'est quant au service de taxi privé préconisé par le loueur, guère moins cher que les taxis "jaunes classiques'' mais franchement roubleur et pas toujours au rendez-vous à l'heure escomptée... De l'aéroport JFK, avec les taxis jaunes, il faudra compter entre 35 et 45 $ pour la course de 30 minutes environ selon les embouteillages ou pas... En conclusion, pour un prix très abordable en rapport des tarifs pratiqués par les hôtels situés dans Manhattan, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette résidence. Notre séjour de 8 jours dans "Big Apple" s'est parfaitement bien déroulé et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.
Une semaine dans une chambre aveugle, sans point d'eau, en voisinage directe avec la chaufferie et éclairée de jour comme de nuit par l'unique vitrage donnant sur la pièce commune.... isolitation phonique zéro en prime. Pour le reste, le lieu est propre, bien tenu mais la vaisselle limitée au plus strict nécessaire (un couteau pour cinq chambre, on ne va pas se battre).
