Lovely comfortable studios located on a quiet one-way street in the centre of Cannes,a few minutes walk to shops,restaurants and the Port/old town.From here you can go anywhere! There are boats leaving the harbour to St Tropez or the local islands,the train station is a 5 minute walk.From here the railway will take you to St Raphael or Menton or Monaco,buses take you up to Grasse,perfume centre of the World,a hire car can take you to visit Aix en Provence or local vinyards...or you can choose one of the two long sandy beaches near the Residence to relax on.Some are public,some are private so you can relax on your sunlounger while being served cool drinks and fresh seafood salads....
In fact there are 22 studios available in the same Residence so you can choose which you like! All of them are totally renovated and most have a balcony,some with beautiful sea,town and/or mountain views.The majority have WIFI access and air-conditioning and either French digital tv or English SKY satellite television.
They are all self-catering so have well equipped American kitchens if you wish to cook for yourself but there are many restaurants nearby if you feel like eating out!
Our prices include all charges,linens and private parking if you need it (reservation needed in July and August).

L'appartement est vraiment bien située! A 5min a pieds du centre ville et même pas a 10min de la plages. Le seul problème c'est que les voler roulant était casser, donc c'étais pas très agréable de se faire réveiller a 8h par le soleil mais sinon c'est un très chouette appartement et nous avons étaient très bien accueillis.
Host response Thankyou for your nice comments but the shutter is not broken.It is electric.There is a switch in the hall which turns it on and off. It is my fault as I forgot to show you,but you could have rung,texted or e mailed me and we could have got this sorted out straight away.Anyway I hope this does not put you off and we will see you again!
