This elegant apartment is at the third floor of an elegant building with lift, just few meters from the Trevi Fountain. The large flat is composed by a livingroom two master bedrooms one dinigroom and large kitchen and two bathrooms with tub and shower, at the second level there are two twin bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Appartement dans son jus, avec 2 chambres confortables. salles d eau à l'italienne un peu vétustes.Bidet appréciables.Nous n avons pas cuisiné mais la cuisine n est pas tres bien équipée. Nous avons acheté un tir bouchon pour l appartement (on prenait quand meme l aperitif) mais un petit investissement est necessaire. allez y pour la situation,en mangeant au restaurant c est parfait.
Paul un appartement en duplex extraordinairement bien situé à 30 m de la Fontaine de Trévi que l'on aperçoit du balcon. les pièces du bas (salon,cuisine, salle à manger, 2 chambres et 2 salle de bains) sont spacieuses, agréables et bien entretenues même si la salle à manger est un peu rococo. les 2 chambres du haut et leurs salles de bains sont en sous-pentes, un peu exiguës et nécessiteraient une petite rénovation... la literie est très correcte. les petits points noirs sont essentiellement la contradiction avec le terme "Luxury" de l'annonce: la vaisselle vraiment insuffisant et bas de gamme (pas de vrai couteau! pas de tire-bouchon, casserole sans manche...), un ménage qui reste dans les grandes largeurs et surtout des équipements qui semblent à bout de souffle et pas aux normes (quel dommage d'avoir posé une clim dans le salon avec tuyau apparent et bouteille en plastique pour récupérer l'eau). des détails qui défigurent une belle impression d'ensemble + près du 4/5 que du 3/5.

Lorenzo I was terrified by the previous review, but when we got to the house I found a beautiful furnished apartment with antique furniture (even a little 'old) but full of charm. The house was very clean and spacious with a large lounge, a dining room for 10 people and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils. There are two large double bedrooms and other two smaller bedrooms , perfect for kids or teens ( we were a large family so perfect for us ) . The apartment is located in the very heart of Rome at 20 from Trevi Fountain and from there you can easily walk everywhere . I suggest this house for large groups or families .
Arlene A truly horrible flat. Whilst its spacious and well located, it is in very poor condition and is very dirty.The sofas are filthy and the fabric torn. The TV and video did not work at all. The furniture is the cheapest imaginable and is aged. The flat is advertised with wifi. It does not have it! The flat is stated to have 4 bathrooms. One does not work at all. The other three have "baths" but which are so small that it is impossible even to sit in them. One des not have a plug, but that does not really matter as water drains s slowly that the bath retains the water that pours into it There are no shower curtains so although the flat has shower attachments it is impossible to take a shower. In any event, the water flow is so slowthat a shower would be almost impossible. The aircon units rely on collecting water in jerrycans which sit in the room. You have to empty them yourself. The flat had been very poorly cleaned-utensils filthy. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. To clarify our already posted review-the living room is spacious and there is a separate dining room. Otherwise, the rooms are poky and the top floor has such a low ceiling that one cannot move around except when bent double! The doorway to one of the bedrooms is so narrow that one hits one's head easily on a piece of wall that juts out. The decoration upstairs is really old and horrible.
