Hello,
I would like to rent a free room during 01July-30September (3 months).
The flat has 2 bedrooms ( 1 bedroom is used by me and the other one is to be rent), 1 saloon , 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, with cable tv, free internet, water, gas and electricity, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen stuff and microwave oven available.
I am normally living at that flat and as my brother leaves for summer term, i would like to rent that free room to someone.
It ıs in very centre of Istanbul-Besiktas, being the centre of young/university people. 5minutes by walking to seacost/Bosphorus, 10minutes by bus to Taksim, 10 minutes to Ortakoy etc.
I can speak English and French well; and to advance them, i prefer foreigner friends to that advertisement.
