Located in the absolute City Centre of Amsterdam, on the Spiegelgracht, a connection canal between Prinsengracht and Lijnbaansgracht. The apartment is around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the Spiegelkwartier, neighborhood heart of the national art and antiques trade for the past few years. The Van Gogh museum, the shopping area Leidse Straat, the flower market and many other attractions are all at a very short walking distance.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with shower.
The living room has two big windows with a view on the canal and is equipped with a sleeping sofa. There is also the possibility of adding a baby cot (upon request).
The apartment is fully furnished including TV and WiFi and all the bedding and bathroom amenities.
A washing machine is also available.
Bikes rental will be also possible at a special price!
This is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends who want to explore and enjoy Amsterdam.
Vom 2. bis 6. Mai 2013 mieteten wir diese Wohnung (älteres Ehepaar mit erwachsenem Sohn). Großartige Lage und phantastischer Ausblick. Freundlicher Vermieter. Alles sauber. Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Rückgabe. Von hier waren die meisten Ziele zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist knapp, aber ausreichend. Für 6 Personen wäre u. E. alles sehr eng und knapp. Weil die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte, weil zwei Leuchtmittel nicht brannten und das Waschbecken im Bad verstopft war, gibt es einen Punkt Abzug. Hinweis: Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem kleinen Supermarkt in der Vijzelgracht zwischen Prinsengracht und Kerkstraat.
L'avantage principal de l'appart est sa situation tout proche du cœur d'Amsterdam et du Rijsmuseum, avec une superbe vue du grand et lumineux séjour sur un joli canal très romantique. Pour le reste accueil minimaliste du propriétaire, parfaitement adapté lorsque vous connaisser l'endroit, un peu court en revanche lorsque vous souhaiter en savoir un peu plus pour vos premiers pas dans cette très belle ville.
