The apartment is on first floor apartment in the city of Rodos, very near to the port and also a sandy beach. It is built in 1970 and it is renovated every 5 years. With 70 square meters, it has one bedroom and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is an ideal accommodation for those who want to stay inside the city and make visits outside to the beach during daytime.
The property is a great location only 5 minute walk to a small beach (perfect for an afternoon cool off) and to the old town. The apartment is spacious, cool and clean. The balcony is also large and the location is away from too much bustle of the city. There are fantastic bakeries just around the corner which do sublime pain au chocolat and the supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Such a fantastic price for a great sight-seeing hub in the centre of Rodos town.
