El apartamento está situado en la 2 ª planta (sin ascensor). Consta de dos niveles, el primero es la sala de estar y cocina en el primer piso un altillo con una cama doble y un baño.

L'appartamento è molto carino, ottimo per posizione e disposizione. Purtroppo però il giudizio negativo è condizionato da una scarsa attenzione per la pulizia nonostante chiedano 50 euro per le spese di pulizia (per cui uno si aspetterebbe di trovare un appartamento pulito all'arrivo). Non è accettabile che chiedano 50 euro per le spese di pulizia e poi trovi un appartamento non all'altezza. Inoltre l'agente responsabile per l'appartamento è sempre in ritardo, nonostante ci si accordi in anticipo via telefono. The apartment is very nice, perfectly located in a great area of the city, with bars, cafè and good restaurants down in the square or nearby. The location is really great. Unfortunately the review is negative for two reasons: - despite they asked 50 euros for the cleaning expenses, the apartment was not cleaned enough - the agent responsible for the apartment was always late, both when we arrived and when he gave us back the deposit.
This property is all about the location! Piazza Santo Spirito is a nice place for young pleople hang out with its bars and caffes! That's why it can be noisy at night. On sundays there are aways an different open market just in front of the property. Prepare your legs for the stairs that lead up to the apartment, it's high and difficult to climb up and down the bags.
Fantastic Location! The people from whom we rented seemed to be an agency; they were very very helpful. The apartment is in a piazza, where there are five outdoor piteresque cafes. The Uffizi and even the Duomo and Galleria Acedemia (Michealangelo's David) were all in walking distance. After we checked out of the apartment we realized we forgot our passports in the apartment, so someone met us back at the aprtment. He called taxis who wouldn't come, so he insisted on walking my husband back to the train station, to ensure that he arrived safely and on time!
