The apartment has been recently restored, just refurnished. ULTRA CLEAN!
The landlord lives in the same building too.

A comfortable, central and well-equipped apartment for two people. The only drawback was some noise disturbance in the street-side bedroom - from the uncarpeted flat overhead late at night, and from the lock-up garage opposite (used as a micro-warehouse for soft drinks) in the morning. Light sleepers beware - but for us, the good bed and good location went a long way to make up for those issues.
Fabulous location , quiet and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner lives next door and is very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone . The apartment is walkable from the station and all the main tourist attractions as well as markets and shops. It is clean and well equipped . We felt we had made a good choice and really enjoyed our stay.
I have no words to describe this apartment; it is amazing! Since you enter the building it is very nice and even more when you get to the apartment is small but very cozy; it has everything you need in a clean, nicely decored way. The owner is very nice and speaks perfect english. Would definitely recomend it! :)
Michele the Host was amazing! so helpful and friendly. He even made dinner reservations for us at one of his favorite restaurants. I highly recommend this place, Its within a short walk of the center of Florence with all the museums and sights. Although, I wish there was a fan in the room because it would get hot, we went in the middle of August and its hot in Florence.
