A two bedroomed holiday home comprising one double & one twin bedroom, each having sea views. The living room has seating for four people and a large picture window which provides both sea and rural views. A separate dining room seats four and contains a small cloakroom/broom cupboard. To the outside, is a decked balcony providing even more spectacular views of Porthallow Cove, Falmouth Bay and the Roseland peninsular beyond. Below is a grassed picnic & children's play area, above is a private car parking space, with access to the apartment through a small garden by steps with handrail. There is also a communal coin operated laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.
Lounge with seating for four, multi-media HDTV (DTV and Satellite), DVD player, laptop PC & 3G Wi-Fi access. Please do note though, the 3G WiFi has a 500MB/week limit, which is ample for browsing, email etc. and if required, extra usage can be arranged.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and fitted wardrobe, drawers and mirror, Bedroom 2 with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, drawers and mirror.
Family bathroom with large rectangular shower.
Open plan kitchen with a ceramic four ring electric cooker, canopy extractor, fridge and microwave oven.
Separate dining room with seating for four.
Bed linen and towels provided. Apartment cleaned at change-over or otherwise weekly.
Amenities and facilities provided include ceramic hob & oven, fridge, microwave, FTA terrestrial & satellite TV, WiFi internet access, hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, garden/play area, private parking.
Outside is a decked balcony, picnic garden and children's play area with swing and climbing frame set in lawn.
Please note that access is via two sets of steps with handrails from the private parking area. Suitable for elderly but not for the frail or infirm.
Porthallow beach is less than a five minute walk, which is also the mid-way point of south west coastal path. Helford river estuary 10 minute drive away and sandy beach at Coverack approximately 3 miles away. The Lizard and the peninsular about a 15 minute drive.
The 'local', The Five Pilchards pub a mere 5 minutes walk.
Village store, post office, Three Tuns and White Hart pubs in St. Keverne a 5 minute drive.
Sainsbury's and Tesco hypermarkets in Helston, along with most high street banks, 20 minute drive.
Newquay airport - 40 miles; Truro train station - 30 miles; bus service from St. Keverne - 2 miles to most Cornish villages and towns.
However, it is advised that you travel independently to make the most of your holiday!
